Hi! I’m Allison… aka Allie, Allie the hair Slayer, Al, Alejandro. I’m the Owner of Prim & PROPER!!! I cant believe it but we’ve been open 12 years now… even survived 2020!! I love being a salon owner! This has been my dream since I was a little girl playing “beauty shop” with one grandma and “banker” with the other. I’m behind the chair three days a week the rest of my time is spend creating content, traveling as a hair educator for UNITE Hair, working NYFW and brand photoshoots or home with my family!
